Sue Berry trading as Supporting You is responsible for the personal information used to provide this service. The business is based in Spain; the UK address below is for correspondence. Information we use
When you enquire, we ask for your first name, email, whether the session is for you or a small business, a general task description, your preferred support and payment currency, and optionally what progress you hope to make. We use booking correspondence, appointment details and a brief non-sensitive progress summary to provide the service.
Please do not send passwords, account information, private documents, medical details or other sensitive material. Screen sharing is optional. Sessions are not recorded or transcribed by AI by default.
Why we use it
We use enquiry and booking information to respond to your request and take steps towards, or perform, your service contract. We keep records needed for applicable accounting and legal obligations. We may retain proportionate records to resolve a complaint or protect legal rights. Website security involves technical information needed to deliver and protect the site. We do not add enquiry details to a marketing list automatically.
The website and service providers
The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes connection information such as IP addresses and request details to deliver and secure it. Public pages and tips can be stored in your browser for offline reading; enquiry fields are not saved by the website.
The enquiry form prepares a draft in your email app. You review it and send it yourself. Your email provider and our email provider process that correspondence.
Stripe handles payments and provides payment records. We do not receive or store full card details. Sessions take place through the agreed WhatsApp or Zoom service, which processes the communication according to its own terms and privacy information. These providers may process information outside your country under their applicable transfer safeguards.
No advertising trackers or analytics have been added to this website. We do not sell your information or use it for automated decisions about you.
How long information is kept
Enquiry correspondence is kept while needed to respond and arrange support. Booking and payment records are kept for applicable accounting and legal obligations, and information relevant to an unresolved complaint is kept until it is resolved. Unused package records are kept while sessions remain available. Information no longer needed for these purposes should be deleted. You can contact Sue to ask about your records or request deletion, subject to those obligations.
Your choices and rights
Contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection where these rights apply. Some information may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or resolve claims. You can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the AEPD, or the relevant supervisory authority where you live.
