Booking terms and cancellations

Your session

Supporting You provides practical, one-to-one online task support with Sue Berry for adults. Each session lasts 50 minutes and takes place on WhatsApp or Zoom, as agreed when booking. You work on your task yourself; Sue provides structure, encouragement and help finding a manageable next step. Completion of a task is not guaranteed.

The service does not include counselling, crisis care, therapy or specialist legal, medical or financial advice. Sue does not access private accounts, handle money, ask for passwords or take remote control of your device. Screen sharing is optional. No recording or AI transcription is used by default.

Provider and contact

Your service provider is Sue Berry trading as Supporting You, based in Spain. Stripe payments are processed through the Expat Legacy Secrets account; that name may appear on your payment record. Making an appointment

Sessions are available by agreement between 8am and 8pm, Canary Islands / UK time, on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. There are a maximum of five sessions per day. Please book at least two hours before the session starts.

Send a general description of your task so Sue can check suitability. We agree an available time, provide these terms and confirm the amount payable before payment. An enquiry does not reserve a time. Your appointment is confirmed by Sue after the agreed booking and payment steps are complete. If you live in another timezone, the confirmation will state the appointment time for you.

Prices and payment

One session costs US$35. Five prepaid sessions cost US$170 in total, saving US$5. Ten prepaid sessions cost US$337.50 in total, saving US$12.50. These are one-time purchases, not subscriptions.

Payments are handled through Stripe. No VAT is charged. If a local-currency option is offered, review the currency and final amount on the payment page before paying. Currency conversion can affect the amount in euros or pounds.

Rescheduling

Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you want to move a confirmed session. The replacement time is subject to availability. If you need to change a session with less notice, contact Sue as soon as possible.

If Sue needs to move or cancel a session, you can agree another available time or receive a refund for that undelivered session.

Prepaid packages

Prepaid sessions do not expire. You may request a refund for unused sessions at the amount paid per session: US$34 for the five-session package or US$33.75 for the ten-session package.

Consumer cancellation rights

These terms do not reduce mandatory consumer rights. Where a statutory withdrawal right applies to your online service purchase, you may cancel within 14 days of entering the contract. Contact us with your name, booking reference and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.

If you ask for sessions to start within that period, we will obtain your express request before starting. If you then withdraw, you may be required to pay proportionately for services already delivered. Loss of the withdrawal right after full performance requires the relevant prior consent and acknowledgement; booking a time alone will not be treated as that acknowledgement.
